Diko Karakas

Having grown up in West Vancouver, in a family of Real Estate agents, I have had a tremendous amount of exposure to the industry. In 2019 I completed my Bachelor of Business Administration and simultaneously obtained my Real Estate License from UBC. I am also Google-Ads certified, allowing me to make use of the Google Ads network. By using my digital marketing knowledge I can effectively leverage Sotheby’s online presence and advertising network to broadcast your home to qualified buyers both locally and globally.

I may be a familiar face to you since I have worked for the District of West Vancouver Aquatic Centre in many different positions over the past decade. I have been rewarded for my unique leadership style, ability to communicate effectively, and for my ability to create strong ties with my colleagues and the public. My proudest achievement during my time at the district was winning the supervisor of the year award twice.

I have always been a high achiever and apply my relentless work ethic and attention to detail to my career as a Real Estate professional.

Kamer Karakas

I have spent most of my life in West Vancouver and have over 20 years of experience as a Real Estate Professional. Throughout my career as a Realtor®, my sales volume is in excess of 375 million dollars, I offer each of my clients “Personal Service with Professional Results”. This motto has guided me to become a top producer and recipient of the MLS® medallion award & in addition to several achievement awards during my years at my previous brokerage. I bring with me solid knowledge in home construction, fluency in many languages and vast experience from years in the industry. I enjoy spending time with my clients, building lasting relationships and getting personal satisfaction when I have helped them reach their Real Estate goals. I am excited to join the Sotheby’s Team and look forward to this new chapter with renewed enthusiasm & spirit.

Brigitte Karakas

I have been a licensed Real Estate professional working alongside my husband Kamer since 2005. Born and raised in Toronto, I moved to West Vancouver when I got married & we chose to raise our family in this beautiful community. I worked at Scotiabank in West Vancouver for 8 years. After a successful career and earning many awards, I decided to make the transition into Real Estate. I have made many connections in this community and offer a support position in our Real Estate Team.
